The Happy Valley Shelter in Simon’s Town provides accommodation and food for adults who have lost their homes due to a variety of circumstances. Residents generally stay for an average of 6 months, during which time the staff at Happy Valley help to meet their daily needs, assist with finding work or by moving them on to more permanent accommodation. In addition, the shelter runs a daily soup kitchen that feeds between 30 and 50 people.
The Happy Valley Prayer Meetings are held every alternate Thursday.
We have a warm time of fellowship, singing, prayer & encouragement.
All who are able to attend are most welcome, and transport can be arranged if required.
